Disciples Of Yeshua Deliverance Ministry History

 

In October 1997, God impressed upon Bennie Walls, Jr., to reach out to at risk youth. Bennie needed an assistant to express the vision on paper. Janet became that assistant and Director of the Women’s Ministry of the newly formed “Enter The Walls Ministry Ltd” which reaches out to youth and hurting women.

The Walls were united in holy matrimony on March 6, 2003, thus marking the beginning of their life together in ministry. In January 2004, Bennie and Janet were assigned to Kingdom Builders Family Worship Center (KBFWC) by Bishop Winnie E. Hamilton, President/Founder of Son Rise Ministries International, Inc. (The Covering Ministry at that time). In October 2004, Bennie & Janet were ordained as Elders. During Bennie and Janet’s tenure at KBFWC, as Assistant Pastors under Pastors Larry and Doreen Blake, God spoke to Bennie regarding their move into Pastorship. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Bennie and Janet departed KBFWC in July 2005; Son Rise Ministry International Church (Disciples Of Yeshua Deliverance Ministry) was birthed on July 24, 2005 in the living room of the Walls home. In April of 2006 Bennie and Janet were officially installed as Pastors. In April of 2007 the church moved into a rented property located at 2725C Old Washington Rd Waldorf, Maryland 20601 and are continuing to develop and maintain the property. 

Prophet Janet F. Walls was born in Wilson, North Carolina in 1959 to Raymond and Janice Bullock. She is the eldest of four children and the mother of Markeisha and Daniel Bullock.

She is a graduate of Northwestern High School and a former student of Prince George’s Community College where she majored in Business Administration. She has attended numerous schools of ministry most recently graduating from the School of the Prophets facilitated by God is in Control Church of Waldorf, MD. Additionally, she received certification as a National Pastoral Counselor in 2006 and has 20 years experience in developing and facilitating women programs for churches and prison ministries in Maryland.

Prophet Janet F. Walls is the Co-Founder and Prophet of Son Rise Ministry International Church. (SRMIC) of Waldorf, MD where she serves alongside her husband Bennie H. Walls, Jr., Pastor of SRMIC. She also is a former Associate Director of International Women’s Ministries for Son Rise Ministries International, Inc., (The Covering Ministry at that time) of SRMIC.

 

Apostle/Sr.Pastor Walls believes that the world needs to be counseled into spiritual health starting with ones self and then others around you.

Born in Washington, DC, March 17, 1958 to Bennie Sr & Ruth Walls, Bennie was the 2nd of the 3 Walls children.
He graduated from Suitland High School in Suitland ('77), Md. graduated from TESST College of Technology ('84), Attended Los Angeles Trade Tech College,  Friendship Bible College, Laban’s Addiction Specific Training (L.A.S.T), National Association of Drug & Alcohol Interventionists International Institute (NADAII)
Is an Electronic Solid State Support Technician 
Is a National Certified Pastoral Counselor (NCPC)
Is a Certified Addiction Counselor(CAC) Mental Health Counselor (MHC)
Has done Substance Abuse Counseling for STS Ministry in Charles Co. Maryland, MGM Ministry in Washington DC, The Foundation For Contemporary Mental Health in Washington, DC., and for 10 years he was employed as a Social Service Assistant and a Mental Health Counselor for Court Services and Offenders Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington DC. He is the Founder of “Enter the Walls” Ministry Ltd, a youth ministry for positive change and growth.                       Founder of JaBen Pathways LLC, & Co-Founder of SELAH Project Co-Founder, Apostle and Sr. Pastor of Son Rise Ministry International Church (Disciples Of Yeshua Deliverance Ministry) Waldorf, Maryland.
